closing the laptop lid makes my download speed so slow on wifi
i have windows 8 on a HP Laptop ( notebook ) when I close the lid while
downloading " peer to peer" the speed is dramatically decreased
the laptop is for sure not sleeping nor hibernating I did disabled all
those options also the hard disk is not stopping after a period of time
any ideas ???
